Steps

Wash green chilies, mint leaves, and coriander leave and chop roughly. Peel and chop ginger & garlic.

Grind the chopped ingredients to a fine paste. Add a 1 tablespoon curd or little water if required, add lemon juice, salt as per taste.

Mix well and serve.
Your green mint chutney is ready.
