In large pot at Port glass of water and 2.5 kg sugar Max well
- 2
There is 2 things in this packet one is powder form one is lychee essence

When have sugar done dissolve in water add powder and Max well
- 4
Coke this mixture at least 5 minutes on high flame
- 5
When you turn off the flame after 3 minutes this texture will come and this is the perfect texture for Sharbat
- 6
After 2 hours add Lychee essence and mix it properly
- 7
Now drain your sharbat in strainer and fill the bottles..
