Today I made caramel Bread Pudding with a walnut twist. Walnuts can be quite superb delicious food. It helps to improve bone health. Prevents the growth of cancerous cells in the body. This pudding is delicious and such an easy pudding that tastes soo yummy!! It is one of the best dessert you can make with bread. This pudding is delicious and such an easy pudding that tastes soo yummy!! It is one of the best dessert you can make with bread. To make caramel, add 1/2 cup sugar with 2 tbsp water to a pan and heat into medium flame until the sugar is melted completely and it has got a nice golden colour.

Now transfer the caramelized sugar into a baking bowl and allow it to cool for 5 minutes or until the caramelized sugar set completely.

To make walnut Bread Pudding. At first, remove the crust edges from the bread and transfer the bread to a blender and blend it to a Powered and set it aside.

Now heat a pan add walnuts and dry roast it for a minute and keep it aside for cool down. Now roughly chopped it into small pieces and keep it aside.

Take a pot and add milk and condensed milk, and cardamom powder, bring to boil, then remove from heat and let it cool down completely.

Take a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add melted butter and vanilla essence whisk it well. Then add cold milk and then add bread powder and chopped roasted walnuts. Whisk it and mix it until everything well combined.

Now transfer the bread pudding mixture into the caramelized set bowl.

Cover the bowl and steam for 25-30 minutes or until it set completely.

Cool down completely to room temperature and refrigerate for 1-2 hrs before serving.

Finally, unmold the pudding. Serve it and enjoy it.😊
