  1. 1 bowlsArbi leaves
  2. 5 tbsp Gram flour
  3. as per tasteSalt
  4. as per tasteChat masala
  5. as per tasteCoriander leaves
  6. 4Chili
  7. 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  8. as requiredMustard oil for fry

    Take a bowl and put all chopped leaves in it

    Add Coriander leaves in it.

  3. 3

    Add besan in it

  4. 4

    Add salt per taste

  5. 5

    Add turmeric

  6. 6

    Add chaat masala

  7. 7

    Now mix it well

  8. 8

    Do not use water as leaves already have that water in it.

    Now take a kadhai

  10. 10

    Add oil and heat it well

  11. 11

    Now put the batter one by one like a ball in the oil

  12. 12

    And fry it on high flame

  13. 13

    And when it gets gold in color take it out

  14. 14

    Your crispy arbi ke patte ke pakore ready to serve.
