  3. 2 tbspcream
  4. 1 tspcrushed Black pepper
  5. 1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  6. 1 tspgarlic powder
  7. Pinchchicken powder
  8. Salt if needed

    Boil potatoes,peel and mash them
