Crispy Bacon Spinach Pesto Pasta

Steps

Boil the pasta shells in boiling water with a little bit of salt and oil

While waiting for the pasta to cook, heat the bacon until it’s crispy in a large pan

Take the crispy bacon out to rest. Add milk, chopped spinach, pesto paste and pork stock to the left over oil from bacon.
Bring to boiling with low heat. - 4
Add cooked pasta shell to the sauce and mix well.

Serve with Parmesan cheese
