Ingredients

  1. Eggs
  2. Large onion
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 1 tbspGarlic+ ginger paste
  5. Milk
  6. Curry powder
  7. Garam masala
  8. Black pepper
  9. Fresh chilies
  10. A fewwhole cloves
  11. Cilantro

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, and drop them in cold water when done. Prep your ingredients; grate the onion and tomato, chop your chilies and cilantro. Remove egg shells too

    Heat up enough oil for a shallow fry in a pan, and carefully put your eggs in.

    Reduce heat to medium and keep turning the eggs till they're slightly browned on most sides

    In a pot, heat up a little oil, add chilies and a few whole cloves. When hot, sautée your onion till all the moisture is gone, then add garlic ginger paste.

    Cook till fragrant, then add tomatoes, curry powder, salt and pepper and cilantro (you can save the cilantro for the last step if you prefer)

    Add milk/ cream and some water and simmer down till thick. Add some garam masala, mix then put in the eggs and cover with your broth. Cook covered for 5 minutes,then uncover and simmer till the oil separates.

    And its ready😊
    Serve with rice or your favourite flatbread, I went with simple homemade pita, will share a recipe for that soon😊
