4 tbspShio-koji
2 1/2 cupBoiling water
1 tsp★Soy sauce
2 tbsp★Sake
2 tsp★Weipa or Chinese dashi stock granules
1Katakuriko slurry

Please refer to the Salted Chop Suey recipe for ingredients and cooking instructions. In place of salt, use shio koji, and use the ★ ingredients to add flavor. Only add a small amount of Chinese dashi stock.
