Ingredients

1-4 to 5 pound beef brisket, fat trimmed
1* Bbq Sauce*
1 cupketchup
1 cupbrown sugar
1/4 cupA-1 steak sauce
1/4 cupworchestershire sauce
1/2 cupred wine vinegar

1/2 tspcelery salt
1/2 tspground mustard
1 tspkosher salt
2 tspfreshly ground black pepper
2 tspliquid smoke
1/4 tspcayenne pepper
1/2 tbspminced onion
1-10 oz light beer

Steps

Set brisket in the crockpot and cover until sauce is ready.

In a large bowl mix all ingredients for bbq sauce. Pour over brisket in the crockpot and set on the high setting.

Cook on high for 7 to 8 hours until brisket tenderly falls apart. Enjoy with your favorite sides.
