In a heavy bottom, Kadai takes gram flour and desi ghee roast it on low flame.

Add semolina and roast till smells. Add chopped dry fruit and cook 5 minutes again.

When the color of gram flour changes like golden brown switch off the flame. After 2 minutes add raisins(otherwise raisins taste bitter)

After cool some time add coarse sugar powder or bura. Mix properly and make a small ball size ladoo. after cool completely can store it in an airtight container and use it within 10 to 15 days.

Delicious gram flour besan ladoo is ready for bhog prasad. Lord Ganesh likes this ladoo very much. So offer to Lord Ganesh for bhog prasad.
