In a bowl, whisk together curd and sugar until the sugar dissolves. now, sieve baking powder and baking soda and whisk again. Leave the mixture for 5 mins.

The mixture rises and becomes frothy. Now and oil little by little and whisk add essence.

Sieve maida and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture in batches and mix cut and fold method.

Then we divide the batter into two halves and add cocoa powder in one part.
Then we prepare the mold. After that, we pour the batter into them. - 5
We pre-heat the tandoor on low flame for about10 mins.
Then bake the cake for 40 mins. And for confirmation, we check it with a toothpick. - 6
In a bowl take the ingredients together and microwave it for 30 sec and stirring it till there are no lumps. And for a better outcome leave it overnight.

After the cakes are baked we divide the cakes into two halves.

Cut the cake into different sizes of circles and then arrange them in alternate colors and shown in the picture.

After that place the layers of cake on top of each other using chocolate ganache. Then cover the cake with chocolate ganache and white dripping on top and decorate it with sprinkles.
