Ingredients

45 minutes
  • 500 gmstotapuri mango
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2/3 stickscinnamon

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut mango into pieces.I have used half done mangoes.in deep pan add sugar.

  2. 2

    Add 1 cup water to it.cook till one string.add cinnamon sticks.put chopped mangoes in sugar syrup,add salt, black pepper powder.cook till mangoes become transparent.

  3. 3

    Allow it cool down.put in glass jar or in air tight container.enjoy through out the year.
