Blueberry Banana Smoothie

I have a tendency to eat ice cream when it's hot, but with this drink, I can enjoy something less sweet and more light. It's refreshing! It also provides calcium, magnesium, and iron, and, above all, it's delicious. Also, it's a healthy treat for the kids. When I turn on the switch, my kids line up with their glasses in hand. You'll get addicted to this.

It's fine if either the banana or blueberries are frozen. If they're both frozen, you'll get an icy cold smoothie. All you have to do is mix it in your blender!

This amazing drink will prevent summer fatigue! Could it be the anti-oxidizing properties of the anthocyanin in the blueberries? Since these are delicious and don't weigh me down, it's like killing two birds with one stone. Recipe by cocorarara

  1. 100 gramsBlueberries (frozen, if possible)
  2. 1Banana (frozen, if possible)
  3. 200 mlMilk or soy milk

Steps

    Only three ingredients! At our home, we peel the bananas, wrap them in plastic wrap, then freeze them. (You can also eat these as a banana sherbet).

    It's difficult to pulse a whole frozen banana, so slice it up first.

    Add the frozen blueberries and bananas to the blender, then add 1/2 the milk and turn on the switch!

    When it becomes smooth, add the rest of the milk and turn on the switch again!

    It's ready! Feel free to adjust the amounts of milk, blueberries, and banana to taste. If using processed soy milk, you can use plain, unsweetened yogurt.

    It makes a generous amount for 2 to 3 people.

    Before washing the blender, fill with water up to 1/3 the height, then turn on the switch! Toss, then repeat. If you fill it with water twice, it will rinse well, and make cleaning up easier!
