Steps

Heat oil in pan, add garlic and slightly roast in low flame till light brown

Add all whole spices and fry in low flame

Stop flame when aroma evolved, cool down oil and the stuff in it

Mix grated keeri well add some more oil if feel dry

Store in clear, dry glass jar and place in room temperature at least for 2 days. after that you may keep it in fridge.
