Ingredients

Severals
  1. 1 kgKeri (Peeled and grated)
  2. 10-12 clovesgarlic (peeled and slightly crushed)
  3. 1 tspchilli flakes
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/2 TSPHaldi
  6. 1/2 TSPCumin powder
  7. 1.5 TSPcoriander powder
  8. 1 tspmethi dana
  9. 1.5 tspkalonji
  10. 1 tspMustard seed
  11. 1/2 tspajwain
  12. 1 tspSounf
  13. 3/4 Cupoil (prefer mustard oil)

Steps

30 min
  1. 1

    Heat oil in pan, add garlic and slightly roast in low flame till light brown

  2. 2

    Add all whole spices and fry in low flame

  3. 3

    Stop flame when aroma evolved, cool down oil and the stuff in it

  4. 4

    Mix grated keeri well add some more oil if feel dry

  5. 5

    Store in clear, dry glass jar and place in room temperature at least for 2 days. after that you may keep it in fridge.
