2 tablespoonolive oil
3 tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
1 tablespoonor less raw honey
1/2 teaspoonsalt and pepper

In a bowl season the carrots liberally toss them and pour them onto a parchment paper baking sheet

Cook at 400 f into the oven for 30 minutes give them a toss halfway through cooking they will be nice and tender with caramelized color yummy too them with fresh thyme great side dish
