  1. Bagbaby carrots
  2. 2 tablespoonolive oil
  3. 3 tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
  4. 1 tablespoonor less raw honey
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsalt and pepper

  1. 1

    In a bowl season the carrots liberally toss them and pour them onto a parchment paper baking sheet

  2. 2

    Cook at 400 f into the oven for 30 minutes give them a toss halfway through cooking they will be nice and tender with caramelized color yummy too them with fresh thyme great side dish
