Ingredients

  1. 2mango (150gms)
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 1 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 1/4 cupcornflour
  6. As required Gingelly oil for greasing

Cooking Instructions

    Take out the pulp of the mango and add sugar to the mixer jar. Then, pour the 1 1/4cup of milk and grind it and keep it separately. Now in a bowl add 1/4 cup of cornflour, milk and mix it.

    Now in a saucepan add the mango pulp in medium flame. When it starts boiling add the cornflour mixture and keep the flame in sim. After the mixture gets thicken, off the flame.

    The pudding mixture should become to room temperature.
    Take a pudding mold/ small cup and grease the oil evenly. After the mixture gets cold pour this into the molds. Keep the molds in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

    Now softly take the pudding out.
    Now our Mango Pudding is ready.
