Cut the apples and add all the filling ingredients to a pan on medium heat

Mix all the ingredients until the Apple is soft and you see a caramel sauce forming

Turn of the heat and let the mixture cool

For the dough, mix the dry ingredients and add the water gradually until a dough forms

Divide the dough into two pieces and let sit in the freezer to cool for an hour

Get the dough and lay it in a pie pan and add the filling to it

In an oven set at 360 degrees Fahrenheit put your pan and let it sit for about 30- 40 mins until it turns golden
