Cut the corners of the atta bread

Toast it golden brown from both the sides on iron tawa

Now put the flame off

Apply ketchup on all the bread slices

Add finely chopped seasonal veggies as mentioned above

Sprinkle chaat masala

Add cheese slices

Cover it with a plate.after few minutes cheese will melt then serve hot

Tip:1.don't use white bread or brown bread as it contains all-purpose flour maida in it which is harmful for health.
2-after making bread slices golden brown make sure to switch off the flame otherwise bread slices will be burnt
