Momos is a steamed dumplings with various savoury stuffing. Today I choose soya and vegetables stuffing. It is a famous street food and snacks. In a cold or rainy weather it's a pleasure to enjoy this dumpling with spicy Chutney and hot soup.
And it very easy to prepared momos at home .

Firstly for the wrapper, bring the water, salt and oil to a boil. When it starts bubbling, add the flour.
Cook this for 30 seconds and then transfer to a working counter. It will be hot. Bring it all together, rest for 20 minutes and then keep covered with a muslin cloth. - 2
Meanwhile for stuffing, heat 1tbsp oil add chopped ginger-garlic and chilli, saute on high flame. Further add all the finely chopped vegetables, soya granules, salt, soya sauce and vinegar. Cook for 3-4 minutes or till the moisture of vegetables evaporated.

Further, pinch a small ball sized momos dough, flatten it and roll using a rolling pin. Roll to almost medium thin circle, around 4 – 5 inch in diameter. Make sure you roll from sides and keep the centre slightly thick.
Now, place a heaped tbsp of prepared stuffing in the centre.
Now shape the dumplings, you can shape as per your choice. - 4
Heat steamer and arrange the momos in the tray without touching each other and steam for 10-12 minutes.
Soya Momos is ready. - 5
For chutney, in a pressure cooker and tomato, red chilli, kasmiri mirch, garlic cloves and 3-4 tbsp water. Cover and cook till 2 whistle. Allow cooker to be cool completely. Take out everything from cooker and grind it to smooth. Add salt and pepper powder mix well.
Chutney is ready. - 6
For soup, In a pan heat water, further add chopped ginger-garlic and vegetables. Cook it for 5-7 minutes. Now add cornflour slurry (mix cornflour and water)
Stir continuously, add salt, pepper powder sugar, soya sauce and tomato ketchup. Stir and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Soup is ready. - 7
Serve hot Momos with hot soup, chutney and schezwan Chutney.
