Usually I do not prefer sweet and sour kadhi but I've prepared today which commonly used to make in almost every Gujarati family.

Usually I do not prefer sweet and sour kadhi but I've prepared today which commonly used to make in almost every Gujarati family.

Mix the curd and besan. Add water. Add salt, sugar and grounded green chillies and ginger. Let it boils on low flame for a while. It will thick. Adjust the consistency.

To prepare seasoning, take a pan. Add ghee. Once ghee is hot, add mustard, jeera, Fenugreek, cinnamon, clove and bay leaf. Once it is crackled, add curry leaves.

Add asfoitida. Pour it into the kadhi quickly. Mix it well. Sprinkle with some freshly chopped coriander leaves. Adjust the consistency again.

Serve hot with Rice.
