Boil the egg and peel nicely. Make small cuts using a knife.

Add oil to pan. Lat it hot. Aaj little bit salt and turmeric to eggs and fry lightly. Keep aside.

Into that oil add chopped onion. Saute for 1 minute. Add ginger-garlic paste. Saute until raw smell goes out.

In a bowl add turmeric powder red chili powder cumin powder and coriander powder. Adding one-fourth cup water makes a paste of these masalas. Add to the pan. Saute for 2 minutes in medium flame stir continuously.

Add fried eggs and one cup of water. Add 1 tbsp kasundi. Cook in low flame for 5 minutes. Add 1 tsp kasundi, mix and put off the flame. Serve with steamed rice or chapati.
