Take 250 gm ripe Jack fruit. Take off their seeds. In a jar blend jackfruit and sugar. Keep it aside.

In a Kadai/ pan pour ghee let it heat up. Add this paste to it and stir it for five minutes. Make a slurry of corn starch add to it. Stir it constantly then add milk and cardmom to it. Cook it in low medium heat. Make a thick dough. Let it cool down then garnish it with dry fruits.
