Mix cream cheese with a packet of Ranch Dressing (dry)

Dice up the chives to desired size.
The 1st picture is for a single batch. The 2nd is for a double batch.

Dice up Dry Beef into small pieces. You will need to hold back some for covering the cheese ball.

Form into a ball and roll around in the remaining Dry Beef that you cut up and place into something. I put it into a bag. And place in the refrigerator.
