  • 1onion (chopped)
  • 8,9green chillies
  • 1 cupGreen coriander
  • Half cup mint leaves
  • 1 tblsp qasoori methi (dried)
  • 1 tblsp cinnamon
  • 2 tblsp dried coriander
  • 2 tblsp Anar dana
  • 2 tblsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tblsp salt

    Boil n mash the potatoes, mix well all the spices n veg ingredients in this,

    Make small size roti n fill the
    mixture as you want. Roll it n cook in Desi ghee.
