Philly cheese steak stuffed shells

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 24jumbo shells
  2. 1 poundground beef
  3. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  4. 1small diced yellow onion
  5. 1small green pepper diced
  6. 2 tbspketchup
  7. 1 tbspWorcester sauce
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 tsppepper
  10. 8 ozcheddar cheese (cubed)
  11. 1 tbspcornstarch
  12. 1 cupmilk
  13. 1 cupbeef broth

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the jumbo shells until soft

    Cook the ground beef

  3. 3

    Remove beef from pan, add butter to pan and add diced onion and diced pepper. Let brown

  4. 4

    Add meat back to pan with pepper and onion.

    Add ketchup, Worcester sauce, salt, and pepper and stir

  6. 6

    Take it off heat and portion into pasta shells. Place shells in a baking pan (9x12 size average)

    Top each shell with cubes of cheese (use half the cheese for this)

  8. 8

    In same pan, add broth, milk and cornstarch. Whisk before turning the heat back on.

    Add the rest of the cheese a little at a time and whisk for 3-5 minutes or until thickened

    Cover the shells in half the cheese sauce.

    Bake in oven at 350 for 10 minutes to melt cheese

  12. 12

    Top with remaining cheese sauce and serve.,
