Ingredients

30 mins
2-3 people
  1. 14 ozOld neighborhood beef shaved steak
  2. Deli sliced Land of frost white American cheese
  3. freshly made white sub rolls (Walmart)
  4. 2 tspWorcestershire sauce
  5. 3 tbsButter
  6. Veggie
  7. 1/2 cupYellow onion - thinly sliced
  8. 1/2 cupTri color bell peppers - thinly sliced
  9. 1 TbsMinced garlic
  10. Dry seasoning
  11. Salt
  12. Pepper
  13. 1 tspThree pigs bbq dry rub (or any seasoning to your liking) optional
  14. 1 tsplawrys garlic salt

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

Cut up thin slices of onion and tri peppers.

  2. 2

Add butter to a frying pan and let melt

  3. 3

Add in your tri color peppers, onion, and minced garlic. & cook on low until soft - stirring frequently so they don’t burn.

  4. 4

Take 1 tbs butter in a small bowl and add some garlic salt, or any seasoning to your liking. Mix. Then melt (I used microwave for 15 seconds)

  5. 5

Spread the melted butter onto the inner part of your sub rolls and pop in oven or toaster oven (what I used) until crispy to your liking. When done, put aside.

  6. 6

Add the shaved beef to the frying pan with your caramelized (soft) veggies

  7. 7

Season the shaved steak with your garlic salt, salt, pepper and (optional) dash of bbq dry rub. then mix.

  8. 8

Cook the shaved steak for 5-7 minutes or until almost all the way cooked, add your Worcestershire sauce, continue to stir and and cook until it’s done to your liking.

  9. 9

Take your toasted & buttered sub rolls and put the shaved steak in them.

  10. 10

Add the white American sliced cheese on top of the shaved steak.

  11. 11

Put back in the oven or toaster oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted, then take it out. & wah lah, done!
