Peel the bananas
Boil them in water,add a pinch of salt
Add 3 tsp of sugar
After 30min.sieve the excess water.
mash it until its smooth.
Dice your vegetables.fry them with oil until golden brown.
Add your mashed matoke.
Add your dhania and serve with your favourite accompaniment
