Ingredients

  1. 500 gmpotato
  2. 1 tspcumin
  3. as par tasteSalt
  4. 1small onion
  5. 1tomato
  6. 1/2 tspred chili powder
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 2-3green chili
  9. 1 tspginger paste
  10. 1 tspgarlic paste
  11. 4-5tbsn oil
  12. 1/2 tspgaram masala

Cooking Instructions

    First cut all the veggies

    Take kadai heat the oil crack the cumin seeds

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste in the oil.. Roast them for 2-3 minutes.. Then add chopped onions, tomatoes and green chili.. Fry it together for 5 -6 minutes.. Then add all the dry spices in the masala..

    Add cut potatoes in the masala.. And add some water in it.. And cover the lid for 5-10 minutes.. After 10 minutes remove the lid and mix it well ready your cumin potatoes.. Served hot with Roti Or parantha as your wish..
