Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/2 cupslightly roasted oats (medium heat for 2 mins)
  • 1.5 cupslow fat milk/fat free milk/ Almond milk
  • 3-4Almonds(you can soak & use if you have time)
  • 1 tspvanilla essence (or ½ tsp cinnamon powder)
  • 1ripe Banana
  • 1.5 tsphoney(more or less according to your preference)

    Blend all the above ingredients (except garnishing items) into a smooth paste & transfer to a serving glass.

  2. 2

    Dust some cocoa powder & garnish with chopped nuts.
