Steps

Mix the flour with water chopped onion, turmeric powder, Red chilli powder,salt, coriander powder, chopped green chilli and garam masala until it turn into a smooth paste

After that take a non-stick pan on a low flame gas and spread some oil

After that pour some paste and spread it on pan

Then rest it for 1 minute and then turn into other side

The other side rest it for 1 minute.

The pancake or chilla is ready

Garnish it to curry leaves.

Now pancake is ready.serve it with tomato sauce or tea.
