5-6carrots(washed,peeled and chopped)
1 tspmustard seeds
1/2 tspurad dal
3-4green chillies
2-3 sprigscurry leaves
2red dried chillies
1 tspoil(preferably virgin coconut oil)
1/4 tspturmeric (optional)
2 tbspnfresh grated coconut
as per tasteSalt

Heat a pan,add oil,add mustard seeds,when it splutters,add urad dal,green chillies,red chillies,curry leaves,turmeric.

Add the chopped carrots,salt & mix well. Cover with a lid for 5-7mins and done.

Garnish with fresh grated coconut and serve to any meal.
