Connect the 5 sheets of frozen puff pastry and roll them up together.

Cut the rolled pastry into small pieces.

Use a rolling pin to flatten each piece into a circle, then place them into small round aluminum foil tart molds.

Mix the heavy cream, milk, and eggs together until well combined, then strain the mixture once.

Poke a few holes in the bottom of each tart shell with a fork.

Fill each tart shell with the egg mixture, then bake in the oven at 428°F (220°C) for about 30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
