Steps

Heat butter in a kadhai then adds mustard seeds, chana daal, urad daal, green chili saute it.

Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped onions saute it well after that add chopped tomatoes and salt as taste.

Add oats, cook for a while then add chaat masala, black pepper, pizza seasoning, oregano cook for a min.

Add 2 cups water mix it then close the lid.

It's ready.
