1 1/2 lbsboneless skinless chicken breast or thighs
Salt and pepper
1/2 cupyour favorite wing sauce
Your favorite toppings, such as lettuce, cheese, sour cream

Place chicken in crock pot

Sprinkle with salt and pepper

Cover with wing sauce

Cook on low 7-9 hrs

Remove chicken from crockpot and shred with fork.

Spread some wing sauce on a large burrito size tortilla,add lettuce, chicken, cheese and a dollop sour cream.

Roll it up and enjoy.
