My late Lunch was this. I was looking in the fridge so hungry after being out most of the morning and I came up with a bit of what I saw I combined them together one of the best Wraps I have made. Enjoyed it so much.

Ingredients

3 SlicesBack bacon
1tortilla for wrap
1 handfulWild Rocket
1 tblsMayonnaise
1large vine Tomato sliced
1good squeeze of a soft cheese with ham

Cook the bacon the cut them into mouth size pieces

Warm the wrap in microwave for 6 secounds so it's soft and roll easier.

Add the Wild Rocket in and down the middle and cut the sliced tomatoes in half and lay all the way down on top of the Rocket
4

Add the mayonnaise all the way down and then the squeeze cheese or any soft cheese will do
5

Add the cut up bacon then roll firmly tuck in the ends then cut in half.
6

Serve and Enjoy.

I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
