Wash the arbi and cut it into big pieces.

Heat the oil in the pan and add arbi...and add salt to taste mix it well and close the lid
3

After 5 mint..open the pan lid and add red chilli turmeric powder mix and close the lid
4

Aftar 3 / 4 mint open the lid mix it well arbi vegetable ready to eat...add Coriander chopped leaves
