In a pot add meats,fish,spices and salt to cook for 20mins or untill tender.

After 30 mins you add in oil, seasoning and dryfish and cryfish

Blend the okro with pepper and garlic cook in a separate pot,for 5mins, then you add it to the meat pot,and stire well,

And cook for another 3mins then you remove from heat,and serve with any swallow of your choice.
