  • Sweet Potato slices 1kg
  • 3/4 tspSalt
  • Canola Oil for trying
  • Onion Wedges

    Heat up oil,add onion wedges

  2. 2

    When hot,add potato slices,try till crispy,flip side

  3. 3

    Repeat process till both sides are done and crispy

  4. 4

    Drain in a paper towel

  5. 5

    Enjoy as desired
