Black pepper a powerful ingredient which helps in digestion, detoxify and relieves cold n cough. It enhances the flavours and used a substitue to salt. Patients with high blood pressure may use black pepper instead of salt. Added to the meat dishes n salads n chats will immensely be enhancing all flavors.

Wash the chicken drain and keep aside

Marinate it with lemon juice, ggpaste blackpepper powder, salt green chilli paste mix and keep aside

Into a pot add oil a blob and butter add bay leaf then chopped onion turnit into light brown then add green chilli paste then ginger garlic paste saute it then add chicken marinated then cover the lid let the chicken cook nicely on med high flame m.. After sometime add curd to it again cover and cook for a while.

When the chicken id soft and almost done add add atsp black pepper then garam masala mix it nicely. Finally add fresh cream and cook for 2 min lastly add kasoori methi turn off the flames garnish some coriander and enjoy with roti naan or any kind of rice.
