Sabudana khichidi is yummy n healthy breakfast. Generally its a vrat recipe which is made without onion. But I add onions as it gives gud taste.

Sabudana khichidi is yummy n healthy breakfast. Generally its a vrat recipe which is made without onion. But I add onions as it gives gud taste.

Wash n soak sabudana with little water for 4hrs. I soaked overnight. Then take 1tbs oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds n green chillies saute then add onions saute once onions aur soft add cut potatoes, curry leaves. Grind roasted peanuts coarsely only 1 or 2 pulse.

Once potatoes aur cooked add sabudana, peanut powder,2tsp salt. Mix well. Cover n cook on low flame. Time to time mix n check if sabudana is translucent or not. Once it is cooked garnish with coriander leaves n serve.
