Steps

Boil 1 bowl green peas and 1 bowl chopped potato for 8-10 mins

In a bowl, add boiled potatoes and green peas

Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp ginger,garlic,green chilli paste, salt as required, fresh coriander and add homemade paneer

Mash everything well.

Add 1/2 bowl corn flour to it (for binding) and mix well until the mixture is not too thick or too soft

Make small patties in your desired shape. Fry them on medium heat until they're golden brown and crisp

Serve them hot with tomato ketchup.
