Sift flour on a surface. Add salt,margarine water. Knead thoroughly.

Roll 55cm,by25

Apply pastry margarine on 3/4 of rolled dough

Fold the empty side to the middle

Roll 3 times.. 60 by 30 using steps above(folding)

Ready for use

Roll pastry dough, 80cm by 40cm

Brush with water and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon

Roll long sides to the center

Cut and bake
