Walnut barfi
This is specially for all my vegan family and friends.
Steps

In a pan roast walnuts for 3 to 4 minutes.
Transfer in a plate and let it cool. Grind coarsely in a food processor. Set aside. - 2
In the same pan add ghee and let it melt. Add semolina and gram flour and roast on low heat until golden brown.
Add jaggery and cook until it melts. Add walnuts and mix well. - 3
Transfer in a greased tray. Sprinkle chopped walnuts, pistachios, cardamom powder and poppyseeds and press it with a spatula. Let it set for 5 minutes and cut into pieces while its still warm. Let it cool completely and remove pieces. Enjoy 😉
