Ingredients

30 minutes
3 people
  • 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  • Warm water as required
  • 1 teaspoonactive yeast
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 tablespoonoil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Sift flour and mix with the dry ingredients, gradually add warm water until a loose, soft batter is formed, cover and allow it to double in size, rob a little amount of oil on your palm and release the air bubbles from the batter

  2. 2

    Grease a container with oil, then add the batter, steam for 15-20 minutes

  3. 3

    Serve and enjoy with any sauce of your choice
