Breast cancer is a deadly disease for we women. As women we must take care of our health at all times however much we need to look into a smooth running of household chores. Timely detection, treatment and awareness can prevent the spread of the disease and help to be alert. I pay homage to all women who lost their lives to Breast Cancer

As a part of observation this month and with various celebrations from this week onwards I made Rabdi which is my favourite Indian dessert. This one is with Sabudana or Tapioca and it’s Rose Sabudana Rabdi. Let’s dig!!!

Preparation time-10mins, Cooking time-30 mins

1.5 cupmilk
1 cupSabudana or Tapioca
1/4 cupcondensed milk
2 TbspRoohafza
1 droprose essence

Preparation time-10mins, Cooking time-30 mins

In a pan boil milk on medium flame, add soaked Sabudana and simmer for 20 mins

Add condensed milk and simmer for 10 mins

Add roohafza, rose essence and mix well. Set aside

Plate and chill. Serve chilled with garnished pistachios
