Steps

Mix the water, flour and salt in a bowl.

Knead the dough in a floured surface. Add a tsp of c.oil. Let it sit for 30mins.

Divide the dough into 4 balls.

Roll the balls into circular medium size.

Apply each with oil on the top, and dust with some flour then put them into a pile. Roll them together.

Heat your pan on a medium heat. Heat the both sides lightly.

Remove one by one carefully to avoid breaking. Stack them all together and cut into 4 quarters.

Make a paste glue using water and flour. Fold your pockets and fill with filling of your choice.(The folding is well understood by watching).
