Ingredients

15 minutes (with 1 hour marinate)
4 servings
  1. 400 grchicken thigh fillet, cubed
  2. 2garlic, grated
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1/2 tspfreshly cracked black pepper
  5. 2 tspolive oil
  6. 1 tsplemon juice
  7. Tzatziki Sauce:
  8. 1 cupplain yogurt
  9. 3garlic, grated
  10. 1 tspolive oil
  11. 2small cucumber, grated
  12. 1 tspsalt
  13. 2 tsplemon juice
  14. 1/2 tspfreshly cracked black pepper
  15. Salad:
  16. 2kyuri, sliced
  17. 2big tomatoes, sliced
  18. 1onion, sliced thinly

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes (with 1 hour marinate)

    Mix chicken with grated garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon. Keep in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (overnight is okay!). Heat the pan, medium heat, and pour chicken and marinade. Mix occasionally until chicken is cooked, set aside.

    Combine all ingredients for tzatziki and adjust the taste accordingly. You can add chopped mint or dill if available.

    Arrange the chicken, veggies, and pour tzatziki sauce over it. You can eat this as is, or add some rice/bread/flatbread.
