Sauce: Mix 2 tbsp gochujang, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1-2 tp Sugar, Salt, Sesame oil, Water.
The overall taste should be sweet and spicy so might need to add more sugar. - 2
Take olive oil in pan and shallow fry tofu till crispy brown. Do the same for zucchini after that.

Take Sesame oil in pan. Fry onions, garlic and 70% of the spring onions. Add gochujang sauce. (Add corn starch if you want it to thicken)

Once thickened add the tofu and zucchini. Braise for over a minute until the tofu absorbs some of the flavor of the sauce.

Sprinkle some sesame seeds over top and the rest of the chopped green onion. Serve with rice.
