Ingredients

  • 1 kgchicken
  • 2-3table spoons of chilli powder
  • 2table spoons of coriander powder
  • 1 table spooncumin powder
  • 1 table spoongaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 table spoonlemon juice
  • 2 table spoonBesan flour
  • 2 table spooncorn flour
  • as requiredOil to deep fry
  • Handfulcurry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the above ingredients with chicken

  2. 2

    Keep it in refrigerator for 2 hours

  3. 3

    Deep fry in oil until it becomes deep brown

  4. 4

    Fry curry leaves and sprinkle on the top. Take it into a plate and serve hot.
