Healthy Mashed Sweet Potatoes with Dry peas
Today I will show you how to make easy delicious healthy mashed sweet potatoes with dry peas and roasted tofu. Put dry peas into a big pot with water, make it to boil and turn the heat off. Let it stand for about 30 minutes. Drain the water.

Pour the water, add bay leaves, salt. Let it cook. Clean the sweet potato and cut it into cubes. Once peas are almost done add sweet potatoes, cook them until they are smooth. Remove bay leaves, and blend everything.

Cut tofu into pieces, and brush them with marinade (soy sauce mixed with oil). Golden them from both side on the pan with little bit of oil. Add garlic chopped into small pieces.
